Casino Queen is located in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front st. There are one hundred and fifty rooms and seven penthouses close-by at the gambling hall. The gambling hall occupiestwenty-seven thousand five hundred square feet and provides lots of features. In addition to gaming, Casino Queen provides a 2,500 passenger paddle wheeler, a one hundred and forty spot trailer camp and simple access to MetroLink light-train location.
