If you enjoy having a a drink ever so often, leave your money at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your handbag, your billfold, and leave all money, charge cards and cheques out of the casino. Only take whatever cash you anticipate to use on alcohol, tips and few dollars you anticipate to throw away and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not really. Just realistic. You can have a success after a boozy night out with your comrades and be blessed sufficiently to hit a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps game. Keep that account because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink alcohol and gamble. The two simply do not mix.
Keeping your money back at the hotel might be a tiny bit excessive, but preventative measures for drastic actions is required. If you play to succeed, then don’t consume alcohol and bet. If you like to burn your $$$$ nary a concern, then drink all the complimentary beer you are able to handle, but do not carry credit cards and cheques to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your befuddled self loses every little thing!
Permit me to carry this a single step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on the web to play in your best-liked online casino either. I love to drink from the comfort of my condo, but due to the fact that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards near by, I can not consume alcohol and bet.
Why? Despite the fact that I do not drink alcohol to excess, when I drink, it’s absolutely adequate to cloud my better judgment. I wager, so I don’t drink when betting. If you are a drinker, do not gamble when you do. Both make for a dangerous, and costly, drink.
