1st to explain the reason I wrote this essay. I have been gambling on the internet or at land-based casinos for many years. It seems you are just having a blast until you start to pay attention to your defeats and the guilt settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can earn it back" constantly. It does not works. Then you become sick in your gut and the harder you attempt the faster you lose.

When you notice that you’re up, STAY on the UP! When you begin to lose, don’t tell yourself, "well just maybe just one more" and over and over again, believe me, this logic hardly ever operates. Say you are playing on slot games, have an amount put aside before beginning your action. DO NOT exceed that limit, no matter how tempting. If you actually succeed, put that in a different canister. Do not spend your winnings no matter what. As soon as you’ve gambled through your primary set limit, stop. Leave, whether it’s on the net or at a physical betting house, do not stay around. Always keep in mind, there is going to be a different day, a different time.

Keep in mind, wagering is assumed to be exciting not backbreaking, sickening work! If you are not having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcannot afford the cost, don’t even start.
